DELIVERY
At Casas Lifestyle, we always strive to ensure that your UK orders are delivered in a timely manner. Occasionally, due to the nature of our products and increased demand during busy seasons, there may be a small delay.
**STANDARD DELIVERY**: 5 -7 working days - £6.69
**EXPRESS DELIVERY**: 1 - 2 working days if placed before 12pm Monday - Friday - £7.49
**COLLECT IN STORE**: Alternately you can select COLLECT IN STORE at the checkout. Please ensure you select your preferred store at checkout. All collections will be held for 5 working days. After this time your items will be released back into stock and we will contact you to arrange a refund to the card provided.

RETURNS
ONLINE ORDERS
We hope that you love every order you receive from the Casas Lifestyle online store, however if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 28 days upon delivery to return them to us for a refund, provided that the following guidelines are observed.

For all online orders we offer a 28 day returns policy starting from the date you receive your order. We will accept returns in new condition with all original tags, boxes and wrapping in an unused condition. We are unable to accept returns that are not in perfect condition. You are responsible for shipping costs for your return.
Your refund can only be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
Casas Lifestyle are not responsible for lost or missing return parcels (unless you send the parcel tracked and can show that the parcel has been signed for at our warehouse). We can only refund items that arrive to our return centre and in the same condition they were sent.
Please ensure your parcel is labelled clearly and securely packaged when returning. Please also ensure you add the return form included with your original package.

We do not provide any acknowledgement when we receive your return. Instead, we advise our customers to check the return tracking for delivery status.
Our usual refund processing time is 5-7 working days. We are a small team and in busier periods refund time may take slightly longer. So please allow up to 21 days from the day the return was received for it to be processed. We will send you an email when we have processed your refund, it can then take a few more working days for the amount to settle and be shown as back in your account.

EXCHANGES
We cannot offer exchanges at this time so we recommend you send us your unsuitable item for a refund.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. As a small company we want to be transparent and have chosen to not hide shipping costs into our prices.
Please ensure your parcel is labelled clearly and securely packaged when returning.
We recommend using Tracked Royal Mail to ship your return items to us.
